The program has placed more art projects for college students on diversity students from across the country into over arts nonprofit organizations in NYC to develop leadership in the business of art projects for college students on diversity arts. DIAL provides college students working towards careers in the arts or business sectors with an intensive, hands-on introduction to arts nonprofits in New York City.

Arts management interns are carefully chosen from a competitive nationwide pool of students and granted, paid, full-time, ten-week-long internships at multidisciplinary arts organizations.
